Love it! I was AMAZED at the difference in sound quality from such a cheap mic! People won’t know I’m calling from Skype, it is so clear! I posted a video with audio sound for comparison!IF it does suddenly stop working, I WILL update this review, but I have high hopes for this little guy. (Some people say they will update and forget, but I order from Amazon weekly, and I take my reviews seriously, so if you’re reading this and there is no update below, my mic is still working!)UPDATE: This in no way speaks poorly of the mic because it was my own fault and not the mic’s fault, but I thought I’d share that I accidentally closed my laptop with the mic attached and it cracked my screen, so that half of it is solid white. Thankfully, I just connected my laptop to my TV with a VGA to HDMI cable, so it isn’t a total loss, but I thought I’d share it here so that you all know to be extra careful!

Skype friendly I bought this mic to replace my internal mic for my laptop which seems to have quit working. At first, this mic didn’t seem to work either, until I realized I just needed to have it closer to my mouth, as in within 6″. I use it for Skype only and it works great. The other person tells me they can hear me just fine, which is the point of the mic after all, right? I’m happy with my purchase and realize I won’t get a hi powered mic with long range for this price. You get what you pay for, and I’m happy with that realization.

Flexible Mic for Skype This product makes Skype calls more relaxing for me, I don’t feel like I have to shout into the computer Mic to be heard. Its flexibility allows me to leave it plugged in, so it doesn’t really feel like its in the way for other activities. It securely snaps into the headphone port and the flexible shaft holds it in any direction securely. Very happy I purchased this item.
